Wow, it’s been a while since I’ve added a music post, so I’ll shut my mouth and let the music talk. This is a piece I made for a Communion service, and got to play it last Sunday. I wanted to give the idea of mystery and anticipation, to me the piece even seems weightless, encouraging the listener’s mind to wander and think upon the mystery of Jesus becoming man.

Ben, thanks a lot! I’m thinking of doing some kind of instrumental thing, maybe this is a theme that will tie stuff together…

Can we get a download link? Any chance you could put up a page with download links too all your previous posted audio files/compositions to make it easy for me to download all your music at once and synchronize it to my digital audio player?

Andy, there’s a link up now. That’s a good idea, in the near future I’ll add download links in the music page.

Greg, I dig it. Nice! There’s a sense of expectation, perhaps even anxiety, when I hear it. Something significant is happening - something weighty and potentially frightening. It is a haunting piece.

James- thanks for taking some time to interact with it, glad ya dig! And those adjectives are all I can ask for in a response…
